Myrtle Beach Homes Today's fourth episode in season two had hosts Penny and Miranda sharing several hidden treasures of the Grand Strand with their viewing audience, including Huntington Beach State Park, Atalaya Castle, and Brookgreen Gardens.
Penny spoke with Brenda Majors, the park manager at Huntington Beach State Park, who shared a little history of the park and Atalaya Castle with our viewers.
Penny and Miranda then toured the castle and surrounding grounds, enjoying the serene setting and unique architecture.
Berkshire Forest, another quality community from Centex Homes debuted on the show. Berkshire Forest is a new 600-acre master-planned community with a variety of neighborhoods for every taste and budget.
Heatherstone Villas at Berkshire Forest are two and three bedroom plans with optional furnishing packages.

At the center of Berkshire Forest is Silver Lake, a beautiful 32-acre lake for boating, fishing, and playing on the water.
Miranda spoke with happy new homeowners at Berkshire Forest who told our viewers why they chose this area and Berkshire Forest, and how they enjoyed purchasing their home through Centex Homes.
Miranda also interviewed Tom Finley, Centex Sales Representative for Berkshire Forest, who explained what the neighborhood's Lifestyle Director would be doing, as well as the selection process at the design center for customizing a home.

Located at 5401 North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach, Bella Costa Condos (meaning "Beautiful Coast") were presented on the show. Bella Costa are preconstruction condos with proposed tropical landscaping, a unique mediterranean style, and various top-notch amenities.
Bluewater Resort returned to the show, showing our viewers the resort's property and amenities, followed by condos for sale at the resort, which included:
The quaint unincorporated town of Little River on the north end of the Grand Strand was featured on the show. Viewers learned about what makes Little River unique, including real estate values, moss-covered centuries old oak trees, beautiful marinas, the annual Blue Crab Festival, Las Vegas style gambling boats, popular restaurants, charter fishing, golf courses, and more.
Miranda and Penny headed over to Brookgreen Gardens, where Miranda spoke with Helen Benso, the vice president for marketing at Brookgreen Gardens. Helen told our viewers how Brookgreen was founded in 1931 by Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, who originally moved here to build a winter home due to Anna's poor health. However, they immediately decided to form a non-profit corporation and open up the grounds to the public, which they did.
Brookgreen Gardens celebrates its 75th anniversary this summer.
Indigo Creek in Murrells Inlet is a Willard Byrd classic golf course surrounded by more than 600 classic homes. The golf course and subdivision were featured on the show, as well as a home for sale within Indigo Creek.
Penny announced an upcoming show featuring historic Conway, and spoke with Kelly Long of the Conway Chamber of Commerce, about Round the Fourth, Conway's Independence Day celebration.
Conway attorney John Zilinsky continued with his real estate series, this show describing 1031 tax exchanges for our audience.
