Centex Homes presented our viewers with information about Coldstream Cove, another quality community by the Grand Strand's largest home builder. Coldstream Cove is situated in beautiful Murrells Inlet at Prince Creek and adjacent to the Tournament Player's Club of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's only TPC golf course.

Miranda spoke with Carla Taylor, the Centex sales representative with Coldstream Cove, who gave our viewers an overview of the neighborhood, the function of the Lifestyle Director, and described how Centex's Fit and Finish Warranty differs from the industry standard.

Carla also explained Centex's community involvement around the Grand Strand.

Steve testified that his office had some great real estate agents - with the exception of Penny and Miranda - which prompted Penny to grab the microphone from him and respond with "!@@^#$%t#@*@w#+o#!" !!! It was all in jest and very entertaining for both our viewers and everyone present during the filming of this episode.

Penny and Miranda headed down to the beach directly in front of the Myrtle Beach Pavillion for the annual Sun Fun Festival, where trick jetskiing in the ocean, record-breaking sandcastle building on the beach, and beauty pagent contestants parading on the makeshift stage entertained the large crowds.
