Deerfield Plantation and Deer Track Golf Course, the 20th golf course to be opened on the Grand Strand, were featured on the show.
Deer Track Golf Resort is also home to the Classic Swing Golf School, one of the "Top 25 Golf Schools in America", according to Golf Magazine.
Penny and Miranda checked out the driving range and talked about the golf course, the golf school, and the beautiful homes surrounding it.

Bella Costa Condos, which translates to "Beautiful Coast", was presented to our viewers. Bella Costa is a preconstruction condo project with a unique mediterranean style in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach.

Little River, an unincorporated town on the north end of the Grand Strand, was featured on the show. Miranda, Penny, and Film Crew attended the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce After Hours at the new Docksiders Restaurant at Barefoot Resort, right across the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway from famous Barefoot Landing.
Penny and Miranda also visited the chamber offices in downtown Myrtle Beach, where they spoke with the chamber's public information officer, Nicole Aiello.
Nicole detailed current and upcoming events in Myrtle Beach, enthusiastically describing the highlights of the upcoming Sun Fun Festival, including plans for capturing the title of World's Largest Sandcastle.
Conversion from hotel to condo-ownership of the Landmark oceanfront resort was featured on the show. The Landmark is centrally located on the oceanfront in downtown Myrtle Beach and is well known by locals and visitors to the area. The renovations and amenities offered at the Landmark Resort were described for our viewers.
Satisfied new pool owners gave a testimonial for L&L Pools, telling our viewers how happy they are with the work and service done by pool company.
